Thank you for this excellent overview of everything that is wrong with the dairy industry, especially valuable because so much is hidden from view. When I first went vegetarian, I didn’t realize the dairy and egg part of the cruelty picture and as devastating as it was to learn about it, I am so grateful that now we are able to make informed compassionate choices.
